You need to download SkyPtoP app, go to "Contact Support" section and fill out the feedback form. In addition to the topic and question, you will need to specify an email and a contact phone number. If necessary, you can upload a file or screenshot.
The sender must go to the "Send a parcel" section and fill out a standard form: where, from, type of parcel, date and cost. After filling in the fields, the application is sent to fellow-travellers moving in the same direction.
Yes. As soon as the delivery is confirmed, you will get a message and notification in your personal account. Delivery is checked: the photos of the parcel before and after the completed delivery are compared. If they are the same, the package goes into the "delivered" category.
All prohibited items are listed in the user agreement. These include narcotic drugs, explosive substances, weapons, flammable materials, etc. But be sure that you know local laws as well as they differ from country to country!
